About this house rental
Enjoy all the comforts of home at this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, pet friendly home! The first level of the home features a living room with 38" TV, kitchen with dining table and full bathroom as well as two bedrooms, one with two twins and one with a queen sized bed. Each bedroom has an A/C unit and new hardwood floors. The second floor has the primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and A/C, as well as a full bathroom just down the hall. Also on the second floor is another large bedroom with two twin sized beds and A/C. The lower level of the home features a family room with 36" TV, half bathroom, and bar. Added amenities include WIFI, enclosed outdoor shower, a gas and charcoal barbecue grill and a Keurig coffee maker. Up to two dogs allowed at this property, with an additional pet fee of $100 per dog per week. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation week at this property. There was plenty of room for five adults, one child, and one dog. The bedrooms were spacious, though the listing said that there were 3 queen beds and there were only 2. The kitchen was well equipped and the family room and bathroom on the lower level was an added bonus. The deck was large and enclosed, which was good for the dog. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to Orleans, Chatham, and Harwich. Thank you for a great week.

Overall everything was pretty nice, only complaint is the furniture needs updating was not real comfortable. And when advertising propane outdoor cookers they should come with propane. Both tanks were empty but overall the house was decent.
