We’ve stayed at this property a few times before, so when we decided to go up for an off season stay we knew this was the perfect spot. The location, about a mile from Orleans center, makes it super convenient to get to many shops, restaurants, beaches, and other towns. The house is clean, warm, and inviting. We had a blast and will be back again sometime.

The house was in a great location for us. 5 minutes to Skaket Beach, downtown Orleans and the grocery store. Nice great room and deck to hang out in. The downside of our trip was the cleanliness of the place. On our first night there, after checking in at 3:30 we went to the beach. On arriving back to the house and unpacking, I went to give the 2 babies a bath. The upstairs tub was filthy. I contacted the real estate company 2 days later via email with a list of additional things we needed to clean before using. They advised me I should have informed them when we arrived and they would have sent cleaners back out. We weren’t aware of these things when we walked in the door. I have used VRBO many times in the past and this was the only problem I have had with the place being dirty.
