About this house rental
Immaculate and well maintained home located just a short distance to Pleasant Bay, shopping, restaurants and Rt. 6. Enjoy this four bedroom/two bath home that is spacious and clutter free. This sun filled home is located on a quiet side Street off of Pleasant Bay Road (Charlene Road in E. Harwich). The property offers lots of living space with a large family room with cable television, combined living room/dining area with dining table, breakfast bar with seating and large flat screen television. The kitchen is updated... very neat and clean with nice appliances. Plenty of room to cook a wonderful meal. The dining area steps out to a large expanded deck off the back of the house with gas grill and outdoor dining with umbrella table. Enjoy the large enclosed outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. There is a first floor master bedroom with television and direct access to bath with shower. Family room and kitchen also have access to this bath. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms and one bath all in great condition. Please keep in mind that the third bedroom can only be accessed by crossing through another bedroom. There are six portable window air conditioning units that will keep you cool. This property offers all of the comforts of home at a reasonable price.

Nicely appointed house, lovely surroundings, very clean with a completely equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A night glitch woke us up 2Xs as the smoke alarm system went off twice in the night throughout the house Took us checking several ceiling units on dining room chairs to see they were hard wired and needed the circuit breakers turned off. An unusual occurrence on one night that left us sleepy the next day.

Great location. House was clean and neat.
Twin beds in one bedroom were extremely high off the ground. Unfortunately our 5 year old Grandson fell off of one of the beds. He was very frightened and had several bruises. Gas grill was very dirty. I cleaned it, took over an hour.

Nice house for a family rental. Kitchen needs more dishes, bigger pans and cooking accessories. Nice outdoor shower.
