We aren’t a picky family, and the house met but didn’t exceed our expectations. It has a rustic sort of cottage feel to it. It was clean and neat, except for the kitchen with could use a deep cleaning. The house, inside and out, was a little run down but again, not in a way that negatively effected our stay. It just seemed to have potential that isn’t being realized. The location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood just two miles from Nauset Beach and the center of Orleans. Overall, we had a great week and have no regrets, but I’m not sure we’ll be back.

This was the best Cape rental we've been to! Lots of room to spread out, very clean, everything you'd need (except for a hammock!) and great location in quiet, pretty neighborhood.

Clean. However, property needs some tlc, thought it needed some attention. For the price paid sheets, towels and beach chairs should have been provided.
