This classic Cape Cod home sits on 1.57 acres and is brimming with antique character. The fully remodeled interior includes an updated kitchen and an inviting living room. Enjoy a cookout and dine alfresco on the back patio, where an outdoor fireplace awaits. Mature trees in the sprawling backyard provide shade and privacy. An enclosed outdoor shower is handy after fun-filled beach days. Walk just 3 minutes to the beach at Pleasant Bay. Or head to the beach at Jackknife Harbor (2 miles) to enjoy sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or clamming. Soak up the sun at Nauset Beach (5.7 miles) and take in beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Downtown Orleans (3.8 miles) and Main Street in Chatham (4.5 miles) each boast an array of great restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment options.

A beautiful Cape home with a nice mix of old charm and modern amenities. Well appointed home and many amenities to make one's stay enjoyable. Located right off of Pleasant Bay and with in driving distance of many other charming Cape communities and sights.

The house was very nice. The porch was perfect for outside dining. The property was peaceful and quiet despite being on a busy road. There's a small beach within walking distance and it's a short drive to Chatham, Nauset, etc. The only issue was that the outdoor shower wasn't working. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

I really wanted to give a glowing review because the house is spacious, with a large peaceful yard, and only a 2-minute walk to an adorable little harbor and small beach. The truth is that were just too many shortcomings to this stay. There seemed to be no attention to detail and many things were missing or out of place. It’s as though the owner is new to renting or hasn't bene around much. It should have bene a red flag when I was told we would have no access to the owner. To make it worse, the managing company, Vacasa, is in Oregon so trying to deal with them was a train wreck; someone reading off a screen with obligatory “I’ll put in a ticket and someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours”. I’m guessing they represent thousands of vacations homes, at least have an office in New England. And to the owner, do yourself a favor by giving the business to a local property management company who can assist your guests. We arrived at 3:50 for 4pm check-in and the cleaning company was here until 5…and they did a poor job cleaning. It was very expensive and besides being a beautiful home, it fell short in many other area.
