About this house rental
This beautiful vacation home is located just a two minute walk from the popular Skaket Beach in Orleans, MA, a quaint seaside town that sits on the outer elbow of Cape Cod. With about 2,350 square feet to call your own, you’ll step into a clean, bright, modern and spacious space that offers excellent amenities and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. With a perfect blend of quality and privacy that’s merely steps away from the sand, the area also boasts the popular Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path (about 1/2 mile away) and downtown Orleans (1 mile away), with a wide variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy along the way.
The home has 2 master bedrooms, each with an en suite full bath. There are two more bedrooms with a pair of twins each. The twin bedrooms share another full bath. There is also a half bath next to the kitchen.
With bright and modern stainless steel appliances, the kitchen also includes granite counter tops, a gas range, and a large center island.
The space opens up to the dining area, which seats up to eight, while the open floor plan flows into the living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a large wall mounted Smart TV.
There is a gas grill and dining table and chairs for 8 on the elevated private back deck. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower on the side of the house.
The house has central A/C, high speed Wi-Fi, cable and smart TV, as well as a Sonos Sound System.
This home has the best location at Skaket Beach to enjoy long beach days and relaxing evenings barbecuing on the private back deck.

Great Beach House! House is easily walkable to Skaket Beach. It is well equipped and great for families. We were a three generation family of 7 (with little ones from 2 months to 4.5 years) and were very comfortable. Owner was very responsive throughout our stay.

Ideal location and house for a family vacation. With just a two minute walk to the tide pools of Skaket beach, we maximized our beach time. The house was beautiful, clean, and had all amenities we wanted. We would be excited to return!
