The main level features a bright, open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a queen bedroom with shared en suite bath. Step onto the large water-facing deck to dine alfresco, or gather in the screened porch for evening cocktails. Upstairs, you’ll find another queen bedroom with a twin bed, a full bath, and a cozy loft with futon, desk, and access to a private upper deck—perfect for morning coffee or sunbathing. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds, another full bath, and a spacious sitting room with TV.
With ductless A/C units throughout, the home stays cool and comfortable, even on warm summer days. Outside, the enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill add to the quintessential Cape Cod experience.

We opened the door to the home and the first thing you see thru the living room windows is the water. What a view. What a location. The home is beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The home is designed with comfort in mind. And the layout was perfect. The flow of the home is open, modern and beachy. We just loved it and want to come back next year for 2 weeks.

We love this rental! The sunset views are spectacular, and it’s always fun to walk out nearly a mile at low tide. The house has been recently updated, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable. And it’s very conveniently located, near to the supermarket less than a mile to the best donut shop and not far from the national seashore. Perfect!

This was our 5th year coming to this location, and it gets better every year. The location is absolutely beautiful, it is so private and peaceful. The bird watching, the tides coming in and out, the close beach. The house is always clean and stocked. Many updates this year which we all appreciated. It is always hard to leave after our week there!

We have stayed in this home, and returned because we loved it. Location, number of bedrooms, comfort were just what we wanted and expected. What I noticed, in addition, was that the kitchen is well equipped. The toy box was packed with beach equipment that delighted our kids. Shades were available to block the sun’s heat but not the view. And we could sit inside, in comfort, and watch a spectacular sunset every night.
