Situated on a private, 8/10 acre lot that backs onto conservation land, the property provides a serene escape while remaining conveniently close to Route 6A attractions.
The home features a cheerful, open-concept first floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, a primary king bedroom with a full bath, and laundry facilities. This main living area opens onto a spacious deck with a new electric retractable awning, gas grill, and leads to a fenced-in backyard, with a relaxing fire pit—perfect for outdoor enjoyment.
The second floor hosts two additional bedrooms and another full bath.
The finished, walk-out lower level adds functional extra space, including a desk workstation area, a TV and game table area, and a ping pong table.
The sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate guests with a King bed in the first-floor primary suite, a Queen bed in the second-floor second bedroom, and two Twin beds in the second-floor third bedroom, making it an ideal setting for an unforgettable Cape Cod vacation.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:
