About this house rental
This house is a perfect retreat for everyone in your party! This immaculate, breezy, and expressive Cape Cod home is located in a quiet neighborhood a short distance to Skaket Beach. It is also located close to the bike path, shopping, and restaurants.
The house features an open plan with plenty of daylight and a spacious screened porch for dining, sitting, or reading. The 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath plan, including a primary suite with en suite bath with tub and work alcove. There is a fold out couch (queen) located in the living area. Take advantage of the eclectic back yard cabin featuring 2 adult-sized cots and electricity. Each bedroom has 2 twin beds that can easily be separated or pushed together to accommodate different groups. The fully furnished kitchen has island seating adjacent to a large dining table. Also provided are games, puzzles, a large yard with a picnic table and umbrella, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and clothesline. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.

My family of 4 spent a week here and we had a great stay. The house is closer to the beach than I knew- just a .2 mile walk from door to shore- took us about 7 mins with a beach stroller going at a leisurely pace. Super quiet neighborhood, private lot. The outdoor shower was really nice. The laundry on premise was incredible. The main bedroom is the best part- cathedral ceilings and tons of through breezes throughout. The whole house is adorned with little artistic, personal touches. Handmade mobiles, art, etc. It's a thoughtful home. The porch is great. We were really happy with our week, many memories made!

Our stay at Beach Plum was wonderful. The house is thoughtfully designed with everything we could need. My husband and I loved the primary bedroom with the adjoining hallway with bathroom and dressing room. The kitchen is well stocked and all appliances worked well. We walked the expansive bayside beach at low tide at every opportunity and the sunsets, especially at low tide, were spectacular. Our daughter invited two friends for a night so the cabin came in handy, too. The town of Orleans is about a mile from the house with plenty of shopping and grocery store options.

Great house on the cape with walking access to the beach and a perfect spot for R&R. We really enjoyed our stay. The walk down to the beach was lovely and the beach is beautiful for swimming and long walks. The house was very nice, clean and quiet with a screened in porch, outdoor shower and other features which made for a relaxing getaway. House is also located very close to Orleans so it is a short drive to restaurants, shops etc. Would have liked the bunk in the cabin but was not a big issue. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
