This was our fifth year in this house, and we stayed for 3 weeks. We keep coming back because it is an ideal location for a couple or small family that wants to be active but also relax. It's an easy walk to the beach and an easy ride to the bike trail. Close to the town center but located off of major roads. The house is well equipped and clean.

This year, we spent three weeks in August and had a great time. The property is well located close to the beach (Bay side), central Orleans, the rail trail, and Route 6. It's a perfect house for a couple who are "halfcationing," since there is space to spread out if we have work to do. The outdoor shower is a gem. Our only serious criticism this year is that the central air was out and the window ACs were underpowered and loud. I trust that will be fixed in the future and won't affect our desire to return again.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property, but the first time we've stayed for two weeks. There are several things that keep up coming back: the location (10-minute walk to the beach, a bike ride away from town center and the rail trail, and near 6 to get to the rest of the Cape), the outdoor shower, the deck, and the quiet of the neighborhood. The house has everything we needed. The kitchen and bath rooms are up to date. We usually have to do work while here, so it's possible to get separate work spaces--one in the kitchen and the other in the basement. We're just a couple, but the house could comfortably fit six people--with many more, if you want to put people on cots.
