Apartment was fine, it was clean but very basic for the amount of money charged

The property was fine, clean and tidy. Upstairs was very hot- no fans or aircon. The smoke detector in the living area was missing- highly illegal and dangerous to those sleeping in the property. Curtain hooks were broken so curtains were untidy. There was a big notice telling us not to use a socket?

No smoke detector down stairs in living room- highly illegal and dangerous- I have taken photos of the missing smoke detector.

Convenient place for a short stay with parking out front.

Convenient location with lots of choices for eating out in Ponsonby close by. It was surprisingly quiet with other properties nearby but we didn’t hear anyone.

Some milk for a cup of tea on arrival would have been good -but otherwise it suited us fine.

There is some unpleasant smell from the drain in the shower box of the bigger bedroom. It improves when I close the shower door.
