Stunning Loft Near Colosseum and Termini Station WiFi AC

Gostei bastante da localização por ser bem perto da estação de trem principal.

É bem moderna, conservada, aconchegante e estava bem limpa.

The location was convenient, and the host was pleasant and polite. The apartment was well equipped with everything one might need, including a first aid kit, an iron, and books in both Italian and English. There was also a coffee machine, which was a nice touch.

There was a very strong damp/musty smell in the apartment, which was quite unpleasant. The door of one of the bedrooms did not close properly, and noise from the neighboring room could be heard. The heating boiler had issues, so you had to manage it carefully to have hot water, and the heating would turn off, making the apartment feel a bit cold. I also did not like the bed linen: the blanket was wrapped in sheets instead of a proper duvet cover, it kept slipping out, and there were stains on the blanket, which was uncomfortable and unhygienic for me.

Es difícil explicar lo amable que fue el dueño con nosotros. No sólo nos ayudó un día que llovió mucho y tuvimos que pedir comida por delivery, también fue extremadamente amable ante una emergencia médica que tuvimos y nos ayudó muchísimo. El lugar es excelente, está cerca de Termini pero en un barrio muy tranquilo, seguro y agradable al lado del acueducto. El lugar es amplio con dos habitaciones muy cómodas y con excelente calefacción. Está completamente equipado en incluso tiene una mesa de futbolito que mi hijo disfrutó muchísimo. Este año hemos viado muchísimo y este lugar ha sido por lejos el mejor precio-calidad que hemos arrendado en toda nuestra travesía. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.

Owner very responsive and addressed issues promptly as we unfortunately, accidentally left the keys inside the house.

We liked our stay overall, the only issue was when we arrive from our trip on the second day, the house was completely open-good thing nothing was lost.
