The host met us at the door and let us in. He then spent an hour going over the apartment and showing us a map of cool sites in the neighborhood. It was really great! The host also gave us a coupon for 2 free breakfasts for the entire group, and there was a bottle of champagne as well.

The location was fantastic, easy to get to public transport or walk into the centre. It was easy to gain access to the apartment. The apartment was clean and had what we needed and the price we paid was a fair reflection of the accommodation. Beds were comfy, air con was great plenty of room to store clothes. Nice outdoor area to sit in. Comfortable for 4 adults to stay in as a base for a busy tourist holiday.

The hot tub- we paid 100 extra, however the temperature never increased beyond 26 degrees which rendered it basically unusable. No instructions were available. We left it for 3 hours to heat up but it didn't heat up at all. When I notified the accommodation provider he was surprised and communicated it should be left for 6 to 7 hours to heat up. We have paid the 100 for it but are not happy as we couldn't use it, and the host has agreed a 50euro refund which is fair. Don't forget that you have tourist tax to pay ontop of the price and this along with the 100 for the hot tub was required in cash, which we were not advised of, had we of been we would of ensured we had cash available.

The property offers great value for money. It’s located within short taxi rides to many central attractions. The apartment is spacious enough for a family and overall comfortable. It’s a good choice for travelers who want a practical base in Rome without overpaying.

Some parts of the apartment are outdated and not well-maintained, with small issues here and there. The design wasn’t really to our taste. it could use a refresh, maybe something more modern or simple like an IKEA white style with some plants. The street nearby has some homeless people at night, which feels a bit uncomfortable, though it didn’t seem dangerous.
