Lo unico malo fue que el wifi estaba infectado, cuando salimos del hotel empezamos a recibir mensajes de multas por pagar en todos los dispositivos que conectamos al wifi

The stay was great! Everything was very clean, and the staff were super kind. The location is amazing! Close to the colosseo and a metro station. We really enjoyed it!

The room had been recently renovated, with new furniture and comfortable beds. We especially liked the modern and spacious shower and the convenient bathroom. The shared kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the water dispenser with clean drinking water. The inner courtyard of the building was lovely and had a truly authentic Italian atmosphere. The location was also convenient overall. Communication with the host was excellent, and we are especially grateful for his support and assistance during the overbooking situation.

Before our trip, we were informed that there had been an overbooking, and instead of staying at My Maison Italy Guesthouse, we were relocated to another property, Bloom Home. The biggest downside, and unfortunately the main disappointment, was the size of the room. It was very small, significantly smaller than the room we had originally booked at My Maison Italy Guesthouse, and it felt extremely cramped. Because of the TV mounted on the wall, we kept hitting our heads when walking to the bathroom, the shower, or the exit. Another disappointment was that the room we originally booked had two large French balcony windows, which we really loved and which were one of the reasons we chose this property. The room we were moved to had only one small window, so it felt much darker and less spacious. When we arrived, there was also quite a lot of hair on the floor left by previous guests. Apart from that, everything else was ok.
