Elegantly renovated apartment. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a refrigerator, washer-dryer and WIFI,… The access is directly through the patio. It is on the first floor without an elevator. It is very calm and quiet, a perfect refuge in the center of Rome, just a few minutes from the Colosseum.
It is a few minutes from the Manzoni and Vittorio Emmanuelle metro stations (Line A), it is close to the Termini central station and the tram.
The Space:
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, one of them has direct access to the bathroom.
Two bathrooms with shower.
The living room has a sofa that can be used as a single bed (Please, you should requested it in advance).
Kitchen with induction hob, microwave, toaster... There is also a washer-dryer.
WIFI, TV…
The apartment has the access through the interior patio of the building, in the first floor without elevator.

It is located on Via Merulana, in the Monti neighbourhood. A few minutes walk or by tram from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forum, the Baths of Trajan or the Basilicas of "San Giovani", "Santa Maria Maggiore" and "San Clemente".
It is also located near "Piazza Vittorio Emmanuelle", and is perfectly connected to the tram (Via Labicana), or to the Manzoni and Vittorio Emmanuelle metro stations (Line A) that will connect you directly to the Spanish Steps in "Piazza di Spagna", the Vatican, "Piaza del Popolo" (Flaminio), Termini Station, etc….
It is an elegant and lively area with a good combination of trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes with other places perfect for eating every day. You will also easily find the supermarkets and shops you need. The proximity of the Brancaccio Theater can encourage you to see a show.
