Wohnung genau so wie auf der Beschreibung. Blick über den Park. Wohnräume sehr grosszügig. Küche auch ausgestattet, dass man zu Hause kochen kann. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad inkl. Badewanne. Es hat so viel Platz und so viele Schränke, wie wir noch nie in einer Wohnung angetroffen haben. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles hat uns pünktlich erreicht, Türcode, Unterlagen, ect. Alles top! Lage gut, zu Fuss alles zu erreichen. Ein Bett eher hart, eines eher sehr weich. Kaffeemaschine Nespresso vorhanden. Badetücher, Duschgel, ect. vorhanden. Hätte sogar noch eine Waschmaschine gehabt. Eingang sehr gross, genug Abstellfläche für Schuhe ect. Wohnung ist im 5. Stock. Lift ist sehr alt und klapprig. Ohne Lift halt viele Treppenstufen. Gegend absolut ok. Ich verstehe Kritik von anderen nicht. Dass man nicht abends durch den Park geht, ist überall so. In jeder grösseren Stadt. Vom Kolosseum kann man gut zu Fuss nach Hause der Strasse nach. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Conad 2x ) und gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wohnung war nachts sehr kalt. Es hatte keine zusätzlichen Decken. Die Brause von der Dusche dürfte mal ersetzt werden. Das Wasser kam nur kalt raus und dann kann man nicht mit dem Raindancer duschen, wenn einem der Kopf einfriert. Die ersten zwei Tage kam nur kalt. Nachher ging es. Trotzdem wäre dies kein grosser Aufwand, diesen Duschkopf mal zu ersetzen, dass das Wasser besser rauskommt.

Totul a fost foarte bine, metrou în apropiere, magazine, apartament foarte spațios , dotat cu tot ce e necesar.

The instructions and lock box for the keys were very easy upon arrival. The location of the flat is excellent, close to the metro and train station. The rooms and bath rooms are spacious.

There is a lot of noise from the street (trams, traffic) so the bedroom near the living room is not good for light sleepers. The backside bedroom is very comfortable. The plumbing in this flat is a disaster though: the hot water tap in the one shower available did not work. There were two bath tubs, the hot tap in one bathroom is broken and if you turn it, you couldn't stop the water from running, which caused much stress. Showering had to be done while standing in the other bath tub (no shower curtain) with the risk of spraying the whole room wet. We reported this immediately to the landlord, who did not suggest to have it fixed straight away (nor offer any compensation for an apartment with faulty bathroom facilities). They are seemingly aware of the problem but did not provide any solutions.
