The apartment is in an old building, of public housing of the early 900, is located in the central university district of San Lorenzo and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, equipped with all crockery. The apartment is suitable for those with an informal and smart style. It is located on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. It is about 900 meters from Termini Station. All the monuments of Rome can be easily reached.

The apartment is clean and sleeps up to 10 or so people (nice mattresses). The kitchen is small and functional. The furnishings are simple, adequate. As described on the listing, the neighborhood is “lively” and populated largely by students. Expect traffic noise and, from 9 PM to 1 AM, fairly loud noise from a nearby bar. There are a few good restaurants just a few blocks away, a market for food one block away, and a 10-minute walk to the main train terminal. Our host Roseanna was helpful. Thank you, Roseanna, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved it! It’s a beautiful apartment in a neighborhood filled with restaurants and places to have a cocktail. The hosts were extremely friendly and provided transportation tips to access points of interest. We can’t wait to visit Rome again and when we do we will stay here again.

Lovely stay in Rome, great place for the price and for large groups. Host was very communicative, friendly, and so kind. There is extra bedding, and towel supplied in each bedroom for each guest- we were a group of 8. Definitely recommend!

Es muy pesado subir maletas a un tercer piso en las escaleras, lo demás está bien It's very difficult to carry suitcases up the stairs to the third floor, but everything else is fine
