Close to Termini station ( 20 mins walking ) . Fabrizio is a very nice host , he gave us a lot of good advices , tips and tricks , restaurants, transport. Near flat there are 3 very good restaurants, we eat every evening in the area . Metro station at 10 mins. .And most important we felt safe in the area.
- everything was fine. We are not so pretentious so for us ( family with 2 kids ) everything was ok.

The property is in a great location just 6 or 7 minutes walk from the Manzoni metro station. The property is a lovely apartment with plenty of space and it was spotlessly clean.
The kids bedroom had a portable air conditioning unit and we had very hot weather so it didn’t cope with that very well. All the other rooms have fixed air conditioning units and were brilliant but the kids had some very warm nights to contend with.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and located in a good place. Special thanks to Fabrizio, who’s individual approach has been very much appreciated as well as his advises regarding to our journey in Rome was very helpful.

Wonderful location for exploring Rome - we walked everywhere! The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen, I especially appreciated the Italian coffee maker and the sharp knives for cooking. There is an elevator in the building so easy access for heavy luggage The host was communicative and very kind and provided maps and restaurant recommendations
