Apartmán doporučujeme spíše na jaro a podzim. V létě se prostor přes den výrazně vyhřívá a v noci sálá teplo, což spolu

Apartmán se nachází v architektonicky zajímavém domě přímo v centru Arca, který na první pohled láká k prohlídce a poznání jeho historie. Bohužel jsme o architektovi ani o samotném domě nenašli žádné informace, což je škoda. Velkým plusem je poloha – do centra se dostanete pěšky za 3 minuty, v blízkosti je dětské hřiště, půjčovna kol, restaurace i pekárna. Oceňujeme také krásný výhled na hory. Kuchyň je vybavená spíše průměrně a občas se přes okno dostanou dovnitř mravenci. Terasa je prostorná a přímo vybízí k letnímu posezení, bohužel zde ale chybí gril.

Dům obklopuje rušná ulice, což je v kombinaci s chybějící centrální klimatizací (bylo uvedeno předem) znát zejména v noci. V jedné ložnici byla sice mobilní klimatizace, která ale moc neochladila, ve druhé byl pouze větrák. V popisu je uvedeno parkování u apartmánu, ale ve skutečnosti je možné před domem zastavit jen na 1,5 hodiny v čase 8–12 a 14:30–19. Soukromá garáž je vzdálena asi 3 minuty chůze.
