Staying at the Top window on the Seine is one of the best travel experiences I have ever had ! Starting with the excellent communications with Simone where he answered all my questions, to arriving and his taking me to beautiful apartment. Nice stay, good recommendations for climbing spots

Simone was very nice, he welcomed us very friendly and gave us tips what to do and where to eat. The apartment is very new and clean. It has planty of space and even some climbing books <3, which we loved, cause that’s what we were there for!😍 The view of the balcony is great and the location even better. All in all it was a great stay with nothing to complain about, and you get very good value for your money. Thx Simone for your friendliness Greets Sebastian

Closing of the door in the bathroom is not easy. After you do it two or three times it‘s no problem though!

Un soggiorno molto piacevole

Appartamento molto spazioso, luminoso, a pochi passi dai mercatini di Natale e da vari servizi ( stazione dei pullman, supermercato, tabaccaio ..) . Il proprietario Simone molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Ubicación: Arcos es hermoso, cerca de viñedos y montañas. A 10 minutos en auto de Riva. Fácil de estacionar en la calle y gratis.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, in den Seitenstraßen findet man auch Parkplätze ohne zeitliche Begrenzung. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und man hat eine tolle Aussicht! Es gibt einen Hochstuhl, was sehr praktisch für uns war, da wir unseren zuhause lassen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Simone lief problemlos und er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Wohnung war sauber und großzügig. Die Wohnung war im obersten Stockwerk, aber gut mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen.

Es gab keine Klimaanlage und keinen Backofen.

Bellissimo attico a due passi dal centro.

Bellissimo, pulito e accessoriato appartamento a due passi dal centro di Arco. Perfetto come punto di appoggio per visitare il paese e i bellissimi dintorni. C’è l’ascensore (l’appartamento è al quarto piano), una bella vista e la possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, cosa vuoi di più? Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, disponibile e simpatico! Super consigliato!

Mega dobra lokalizacja - samo centrum Arco. Winda. Sprawny auto-check-in - klucze ze skrytki. Duże przestronne mieszkanie, w sam raz dla rodziny z dziećmi. 2 łazienki, wyposażona duża kuchnia. Piękne widoki z okien i tarasu - na góry i zamek w Arco. Gospodarz mega miły i pomocny.

Krásné ubytování v centru Arco v nádherném bytě, který nabízí opravdové pohodlí.

Majitel bytu byl velmi milý a kamarádský. Byt je na skvělém místě v Arcu hned u parku, kde je hřiště a pár minut pěšky je centrum se zmrzlinárnou a restauracemi. Ideální poloha pro dovolenou, když se večer chcete projít, dát si někde večeři. Na náměstí u kostela bylo taneční vystoupení a na dalším náměstí u jedné z restaurací hrál u restaurace DJ. Takže to v Arcu přes léto opravdu žije a nám se to moc líbilo. Celý byt byl krásně zařízený, čistý, dvě koupelny, velká kuchyň i obývací pokoj. Postele pohodlné. Prostě vše bylo super.

Hohe Decken, große Zimmer und und zentrale Lage. Super Wohnung für Familien oder Kleingruppen!

Große, helle Wohnung mit schönen hohen Decken und modernem Badezimmer. Für unsere Familie (2+2) die optimale Größe. Zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche sorgt bei Mädels für etwas Entspannung am Morgen :-) Ansonsten gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Simone war hervorragend - Vielen Dank! Gute Lage direkt am Geschehen von Arco. Tolle Aussichtv vom Balkon.

Für uns war alles perfekt! Zentrale Lage bedeutet, es ist nicht ganz Leise wenn man die Fnster öffnet - damit muss man klar kommen. Die Parksituation in ARCO ist nervig. Fast keine kostenfreien Parkplätze; entweder mit Ticket oder mit Parkscheibe und Höchstparkdauer. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts :-).

Lyxigt, fräscht och vackert!

Fantastisk värd som mötte upp oss och visade oss runt, vi kände oss väldigt välkomna och trygga under vår vistelse. Läget var toppen, lätt att hitta parkering runt hörnet, en liten lokal marknad (kanske inte dagligen, men när vi var där) precis utanför som vi kunde köpa frukt på. Fantastik lägenhet där jag gärna hade stannat längre! Vi kommer absolut tillbaka!

Skvělá lokalita, prostorný apartmán s výhledem blízko historického centra. Naprosto fantastický hostitel, který nás uvítal a pomohl s kufry i koly. A dal tip na super cyklovýlet.

Nepříliš pohodlné postele a teplo v noci (s tím jsme ale počítali, byla tropická noc a pokoj nemá klimatizaci).

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Lage

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Ca. 5min zu Fuß entfernt ist der Busbahnhof Richtung Riva oder Rovereto, von wo man dann auch die Fernverkehrzüge erreicht. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und super ausgestattet. Alles war perfekt. Ich wurde sehr herzlich von Simone empfangen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Nowoczesny apartament, obiekt na 4 piętrze z windą i pięknym widokiem (jak na zdjęciu). Świetna lokalizacja, pełne wyposażenie kuchni, bardzo czysto. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona w nowe sprzęty kuchenne. Check-in i check-out bezproblemowe. Właściciel Simone przemiły – polecił nam sporo miejsc do zobaczenia w okolicy, podrzucił wskazówki dot. wypożyczania rowerów nad jeziorem Lago di Garda. Miejsce parkingowe tuż pod obiektem. Polecam w 100% i zapewne tu wrócimy!

Appena tornata, viaggio di relax famigliare,attico comodo ben arredato,ideale x 4 persone ,vista montagna,posizione ottima ,a 2 passi i mercatini di Natale,e tanti esercizi pubblici utili.Simone il proprietario simpatico e super disponibile ci ha consigliato i posti d.o.c ,dove provare cucina tipica,aggiunta all esperienza, la visita al castello vicinissimo, le cascate del Varone,Garda termal..e Riva del Garda.Sicuramente da tornare con entusiasmo.!!♡Rita.

Appartamento molto grande e ben rifinito. Ottima posizione per visitare Arco, i suoi mercatini e il castello, tutto a due passi. Il proprietario davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

I parcheggi, essendo in pieno centro, hanno tutti il disco orario. Ma con qualche accorgimento si riesce comunque a sistemarsi.
