Struttura molto comoda sia per i servizi che per la posizione. Molto gentile il signor Flavio.

10 mins to Metro, 4 mins to bus stop, far away to main road that make it quiet at night. Small oven,and dishes, cups, glasses, fork, expresso machine are refrigerator are available.

Private bathroom is separate from room. The beds are too soft for me.

Everything! Flavio was a brilliant host. The apartment was close to public transport making it easy to get into the city & also very easy to get to the airport. Huge room which was clean, great air con, comfortable bed & the private bathroom was perfect too.

Calm and safe location in Rome, very good contact with the owner, access to the kitchen etc., easy check-in process, the train and metro stations nearby, grocery stores and bakeries nearby as well, comfortable bed and spacious room, access to yt and Netflix

During my stay, my sleep was seriously disturbed. Thanks to this, during my trip do Rome, I was very tired and needed additional regeneration so I couldn’t enjoy it properly. In the flat, there are three rooms for guests (each with private toilet/bathroom). The bathrooms are separated from the rooms. You have to pass the shared corridor to reach them. Each time you go there, you have to use keys. It generates a lot of noise. Furthermore, the doors are not isolated in any way so they generated even more noise. Guests coming back to the room after 1 AM and taking bath, using the doors and keys multiple times, successfully prevent you from sleeping properly. The same situation happens in the morning. After 2 nights, I was considering changing the accommodation but at the end I decided to stay anyway.
