    While past reviews led us to expect a great stay, our experience was disappointing due to several practical issues: Location & Transit: Getting to major sights requires a bus or metro ride. Bus schedules right outside are unpredictable, and the old airport bus service is discontinued, requiring an extra trip through Termini to reach the airport. Noise & Comfort: Soundproofing is extremely poor—you can hear everything from adjacent rooms and floors above. Amenities & Food: Breakfast is very plain, and basic room items like tissue boxes were missing. Surrounding Area: The hotel sits right at a long-distance bus station, leading to heavy foot traffic and safety concerns at night.
