It was a great location. Very easy to access major places while being away from the crowd thanks to the nearby metro station. The place was comfortable for a short stay. It was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we checked in early. There is a small fridge and stove top for basic meal prep. There is a local restaurant/cafe across the street which serves home cooked dishes with reasonable prices. Overall we had a great time using it as a base.
It would be difficult to stay for a long period with a family of four since it's a studio and there is no garderob to tuck away stuff. It would be nice if there was cooking oil and salt so that one could use the kitchen more effectively even during a short stay. The tourist tax is high but expected I guess.

The property was exceptionally clean, the layout was great, and the owner was extremely helpful. He even helped us set up airport transportation

It was clean and near public transport
There was construction on the upper floor, so it got noisy early in the morning. You could also clearly hear the metro passing underneath at night. If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t really recommend staying here.
