- The location, as it was a just 10 minute walk to one of Rome's main train stations, Tiburtina, which has routes to both the city centre as well the Fiumicino Airport, not to mention the effective bus routes available as well. Lots of nearby food places, supermarkets and bars, overall making it very convenient.
- All the required, useful facilities were provided for the rooms
- It was safe, quiet and clean and the owner was very friendly and polite

Tanto da migliorare, tv non funziona, Wc senza tavolozza e sigillato con lo scotch, colazione due merendine immangiabili sul tavolino, luci sistemate a richiesta al secondo giorno.
E poi rumori dalle stanze condivise, dal palazzo di sopra , dagli scarichi.
Il cortile deve essere pulito e sistemato.
