Gli interni sono nuovi e puliti, bagni con doccia ampia e rifiniti. L'appartamento e' all'interno di un condominio in zona centrale. Ci sono piu stanze disponibili all'interno dell'appartamento al piano terra. Gradito anche bollitore e macchina caffe' per gli ospiti. Aria condizionata indispensabile in estate.
Ci sarebbe disponibilita' di posto auto [importante] nell'atrio del cortile interno ma il parcheggio e' sempre molto affollato. L'accoglienza richiede puntualita' degli orari di arrivo, che pero' l'ospite non puo' sempre garantire causa imprevisti dei trasporti / traffico noti per citta' come Roma

Posizione top a pochi passi da metro Bologna. Zona tranquillissima e ben servita per tutto, servizi , supermercati bar ecc.
