I first want to start off by saying that the b&b DEA reaches out to you shortly after you have made your reservation. I was messaged in WhatsApp, and was provided lots of information that was very helpful. When I arrived, there was a girl who communicated with me via WhatsApp and arrange to meet me at the front gate with the keys and showed me which key opened which doors. We went inside and we processed the taxes payment and so forth. She showed me where everything was she told me what was available to me she told me what time checkout was and if I needed anything at all, to just text her and some of would have my request fulfilled. The place is cute and charming, I met one of the two owners and he is very nice. The entire staff are very nice. The air conditioning is top notch! There are three or four rooms for guests. The bedrooms were immaculate clean, the shower was immaculate clean, you literally could eat off of the floor. There is no carpet, but the floors are so clean. I cannot enunciate this more. Everything is so nice in the room I almost felt guilty not cleaning it myself before i left. The checkout process is very easy, all you do is leave the key on the counter by where they have the workstation. It’s a very simple situation, it’s secure and safe, and most of all convenient to Tiburtina station. It is literally a 60 second walk outside of the bed-and-breakfast. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Colesseo, 50 min to Fiumicino airport direct. It’s a 10/10 for me
