I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping.
My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex.

The property is in a really lovely area of Rome. You can reach several places by foot to eat, buy groceries or go shopping.
Even the metro is not far away.
The staff is friendly and really helpful during the whole time. There were no problems during the stay. The rooms got cleaned each day.
This hotel really deserves the best rating!
