Posizione: vicino sia alla stazione Tiburtina che a Piazza Bologna. Camera più che spaziosa e pulita, bagno con doccia anch'essa abbastanza spaziosa, pulito e con tutto ciò che serve. Il personale gentile preparato e assolutamente disponibile.
Unica piccolissima pecca: bagno forse di dimensioni troppo compatte.

Posizione vicinissima alla stazione Tiburtina. Buoni i servizi nella stanza. Apprezzata la piccola colazione offerta.
La tapparella non era provvista di cinghia per abbassarla, per cui durante la notte e l'alba lasciava passare tutta la luce e il rumore. Pulizia migliorabile (diversi segni scuri sulle pareti, qualche pelo/capello nel letto). Contesto condominiale un po' lugubre.
