Stefano was very nice, he was waiting for us and he was in contact by email for planning our check in and for our arrival. The location is close to the Train Station Tiburtina very simple to move around. . The room is big, the bed big and comfortable and was clean, the air conditioning work ok.
Like the others reviews says the duvet was dirty so we remove from the bed and the breakfast is not a breakfast but we re expecting that because of the reviews, is just one croissant per person and for prepare your coffee and tea buy you don't have water and the milk was open and outside of the fridge with very warm weather
