Very safe and organize

Very basic the breakfast

The location was great! It was near the metro station and high speed rail station. The bed was comfortable and room was a good size with a small refrigerator. The owner was very easy to talk with and understanding since I checked in late in the evening.

Very clean place, very friendly people.

The breakfast service could be improved

The hotel was noticeably clean throughout our stay and housekeeping was attentive, with towels changed regularly without us having to ask. The beds (in most rooms) were comfortable and the ground floor room was pleasant overall. The location worked well for our group.

We were an 8 person group split across three rooms, and the experience varied a lot depending on which room you had. The top-floor rooms (6th floor) had no elevator access for the last flight, which was a real inconvenience with luggage. One of those rooms had a second bed that was very small and uncomfortable, both upper-floor bathrooms flooded during showers, the Wi-Fi signal was essentially unusable up there, and the AC unit leaked. The ground floor room was better, though its AC also didn't work properly. Check-out time was way too early. Breakfast was quite basic, with mostly pre-packaged items and very little staff presence throughout the morning.
