A cosy, clean, brilliant stay at Serene Staycations.

Brilliant stay here, the caravan was clean, comfortable and very cosy. Close to the haven main resort so it was not a very long walk considering its a big resort. It had clean oven, cooker and pots pans, microwave and fridge perfect and all kitchen plenty of kitchen utensils for our stay.

Very welcoming and homely. Nice and clean with even extra extras like, cleaning products, tea, sugar and condiments. Kids toys, smart tv and internet. Very beautiful caravan.

Regardless of our accommodation we all had a fantastic time at Marton Mere & ofcourse the promenade of Blackpool

The Location was perfect

The property could be doing with a little TLC, update bedding & decor, sofa & carpet very dirty & the sofa was broken ( granddaughter fell through it) there was a cushion covering the broken seating area, looked down the side to retrieve my granddaughters doll, shocked at the dust & crumbs, the radiator in the toilet was filthy, WIFI & TV no connection, shame really as the location is perfect, Also didn’t like the fact that we were due to vacate at 10am & the owner or cleaners were there 15mins early waiting on us to leave, barley got the car out the driveway & they zoomed in ( would of have been nice if infact they made their presence known & asked if we enjoyed our stay ( quite rude actually as they sat in cars watching us for at least 15mins)

This caravan was lovely in a great location the caravan it’s self had everything you need could not fault it one bit on issue was the key fob they gave us the wrong code and we couldn’t get in the caravan for two half hours after getting there it was dark and cold had to get security to help and one of them help us we had no number to ring then we managed find a number to the owners rang them and the cleaner had given us the wrong code the owner was very apologetic once sorted got in caravan and had a lovely stay they just need to give the key to the reception for collection would make it easier then the key fob

It was avery comfortable place home from home with lots of extra’s if you needed them good for family’s with children.

The property was a very comfortable place to stay ,it was cozy had to put the fire on a couple of times just to take the chill off ,would definitely go again.

There was nothing that we didn’t like it was all good.

Not to be repeated

On arrival we followed two police vans onto the site. The caravan was situated not far from the entrance. The caravan itself was nice and clean. However we were kept awake most of the night by children running around the caravan at 2am banging on the sides of the caravan. Loud music and shouting. On the second night same again. When you came out of the caravan the air was thick with the smell of weed. The police were frequent visitors due to drunken violent behaviour of some of the guests. This place should have its own police station. Communal areas very scruffy. Litter everywhere. Full of drunk people and ferral children running round till all hours. Shocking place

Brilliant stay

Lovely clean & comfortable caravan. The double bed was really soft & comfy. The caravan had everything you could need. The site was nice & clean with plenty of amenities. Nice & close to Blackpool, easily a 15 min car journey.

The configuration of the single beds are a bit awkward if the person is a bit tall but other than that everything else was perfect.
