Villa 30 Luxury Place Vlore

Exceptional stay! We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa. The property is beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. On top of that, the host was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was as it was in the pictures, me and boys had a blast, there was provisions of necessary appliances, we threw a pool party and with no neighbours loud music wasn’t a problem. Definitely visiting again.

The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of seven adults. The pool was nice and relaxing, and the outdoor area was large enough for everyone to enjoy. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and genuinely willing to help whenever we needed assistance.

Unfortunately, there were several serious issues that significantly affected our stay. The biggest problem was the water supply. Due to a faulty water pump, the villa experienced multiple water outages every day, sometimes lasting for more than an hour. This had a major impact on our daily routine and made it difficult to use the bathrooms, showers, and kitchen. There was also a power outage that lasted approximately three hours. The host was unable to resolve it during that time, and because the water pump relies on electricity, we were left without water as well. In addition, several door handles in the bedrooms and the main bathroom were loose and poorly secured. The main bathroom also had a drainage problem, causing water to back up and flood the bathroom floor after every shower. To be fair, the host was fully aware of these issues and always tried to respond as quickly as possible. He genuinely did his best to help, although the problems—especially the water and electricity issues—could not always be resolved promptly.
