Wygodny apartament z mały widokiem na morze

Ładny duży apartament Deluxe oczywiście zgodny z jakością do niskiej ceny. Widok z balkonu na morze jest, mały odległy, ale jest:). Dziewczyna zarządzająca obiektem (cały blok to mieszkania 30 m2 na wynajem) była pomocna i starała się szybko reagować na problemy. Przy tej cenie to faktycznie deluxe

Jednoosobowe łóżko ma ostre kanciaste rogi. Słaby internet, dopiero po interwencji poprawił się. Brak wody przez kilka godzin i tutaj po interwencji i pomocy wszystko wróciło do normy i pojawiła się woda w kranie:). Główny widok z balkonu jest na inny blok, ale trochę morza widać

Worth it for the price.

Great host, very kind and respectful. Room was very big, clean, but a bit dark. We didn't try the breakfast as we had to leave early. No slippers in the room or bathroom. No many sockets. AC was working great 👍. Big balcony.

The room says it has refrigerator, but my room had no frigirator. The bathroom wasn't the best, the shower goes all over the bathroom which makes it hard if you need to go from time to time.

Il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre, j ai fait une vidéo que j ai envoyé au propriétaire. Il m a dit que les fourmis ne faisait pas de mal. Aucune excuse de leur part. Le lendemain matin j ai vu un cafard et un milles pattes. Je ne suis pas venu au camping.

Booking Not Honored: Be Cautious

I booked TekB Rooms & Apartments for 1 night (Aug 9–10) at a good rate with breakfast included. When I arrived around 8 pm, they told me there was a “water problem” and sent me to entirely another place through a colleague. I don’t believe this was due to water issues; it seemed more like they gave my room to someone else at a higher price. Very disappointing experience. Be aware they may refuse your booking even after confirmation.

Propriétaire très mal honnête, lors de la réservation c'est écrit dans les équipements, kitchenette lave-linge, climatisation hors rien de cela la clim 'ne fonctionnait pas une personne est venue "l'a réparer lors de notre départ a 9h45 alors que le check out était à 11h. La chambre n'est pas équipée d'une kitchenette ni d'un lave-linge. Pour pouvoir bénéficier de cela il faut payer des suppléments. Lorsque nous avons fait une réclamation pour soulever ses points la gérante nous a dit que c'est tout cela était écrit sur Booking alors que pas du tout lorsque j'ai voulu lui envoyer ma réservation par mail pour lui montrer que pour moi tout ce qui était mentionné devait apparaître dans la chambre elle n'a pas voulu me donner son adresse mail elle m'a envoyé une photo sur laquelle il y a écrit qu'il faut payer pour utiliser la cuisine qui se trouve je ne sais où alors que moi lorsque j'ai fait la réservation booking il y avait une photo d'une cuisine mais pas inscrit qu'il fallait payer pour l'utiliser. Parce que j'ai soulevé tous les points de dysfonctionnement elle m'a dit qu'il fallait que je dise les conditions plus scrupuleusement alors que c'est ce que j'avais fait et encore une fois tout ce qu'elle me disait par message n'était pas inscrit dans ma réservation. Madame m'a même dit qu'il fallait payer un supplément pour avoir une grande serviette alors que normalement celle-ci devrait être inclus. Sur l'annonce bien écrit parking gratuit alors que le grand immeuble dans lequel se trouve l'appartement dispose seulement un tout petit parking qui peut accueillir environ une dizaine de véhicules il n'y a pas de place à titre. C'est chacun sa chance pour trouver une place de stationnement. Et malheureusement il n'y a pas de place pour stationner autour .

Photos sur instagram ou booking non conformes Nous avons loué 3 appartements •⁠ ⁠mals équipés notamment dans la toute petite salle de bains/Wc (pas de bac à douche donc c est une vraie piscine et pas de raclette, pas de lunettes WC dans 1 logement sur 3, pas de tapis de bain), sur 2 des 3 logements pas d'eau chaude pendant 2j/3 et aucune intervention du manager -Aucune belle vue sur les 3 logements et de toute façon petit balcon non equipé pour en profiter (pas de table et pas de chaise suffisante) + flaque d eau de la clim •⁠ ⁠contrairement aux photos et à l annonce pas de machine à laver dans le logement. •⁠ ⁠"petit dej" ou plutôt éventuellement petit goûter vu la quantité et la qualité de ce qui est proposé / 0 boisson chaude / servi dans la chambre mais sans table et trop peu de chaises. A prendre debout / ne pas prendre ce logement pour le petit dej !! De plus, pas de service avant 8h40 même si excursion bateau et arrive en plus en retard ! •⁠ ⁠quartier : en hauteur de Vloré, pas de parking, qq places gratuites dans la rue si tu as de la chance •⁠ ⁠aucune indication pour trouver le logement à part un tag sur le mur de la route plus bas (pas pro mais reflète bien le niveau de "cet etablissement") •⁠ ⁠pas de réception, pas de lieux pour se retrouver si on a plusieurs logements •⁠ ⁠ville de Vloré : bcp de monde, transats entassés, plages en bord de route, transats payants, embouteillages Nous avons été très déçus par ce logement. Heureusement les autres étaient bien. Là ce n est que du business

Stinkendes Bad, wenig Sauberkeit und unfreundlicher Vermieter.

Die Unterkunft war okay. Wir hatten ein Bett, das war gemütlich.

Jedoch angefangen beim stinkenden Bad, dem Balkon mit der tropfenden Klimaanlage oder den Scherben hinter dem Fernsehregal, war alles extrem schlecht. Man könnte wenigstens ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit trotz des günstigen Preises erwarten. Zudem war der Kontakt zum Vermieter extrem schlecht. Man hat keine Antworten auf Fragen bekommen und wurde sehr unhöflich behandelt, wenn dann mal eine kurze Antwort kam. Leider absolut nicht zu Empfehlen.

Le stanze NON sono tutte vista mare. La nostra aveva una vista tristissima. Attenzione quando prenotate!!! Scomodissima posizione sembra vicino al mare ma devi fare il giro dell’oca per arrivarci camminando 20 minuti. Alloggio triste e brutto. Poche luci, pochissime prese per telefoni, nessun gancio per appendere le cose, nessun appoggio per le valigie. Sporco. Bagno orrendo. La colazione non è mai arrivata (abbiamo atteso 1 ora).

Netter Empfang vom Herrn am Parkplatz, Klimaanlage hat funktioniert

Wo soll ich nur beginnen - als ich den Vorgang schließen wollte, fiel mir die ganze vorhangstange samt Vorhang auf den Kopf, Bad war nicht sauber - Haare fremder Menschen, kein Duschgel, keine Seife im bad, der Halter für das Toilettenpapier befand sich in der Dusche, duschvorhang wirkte unhygienisch. Frühstück wurde in das Zimmer geliefert aber wir haben es nicht essen wollen - billiger verdünnsaft, Toast mit einer Scheibe Wurst, und ein fertig abgepacktes Croissant. Kein Tisch am Balkon - man musste das Frühstück auf dem Schoß essen. Gegenüber des Hauses ist ein absurd lauter Lüftungskanal, der nicht erlaubt mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

Camera grande ben arredata e ben pulita, noi abbiamo scelto quella con il balconcino. Staff molto gentile e cordiale. Colazione essenziale ma buona, composta da un toast un cornetto confezionato, un succo d’arancia e un caffè turco.

Bagno un po’ vecchio con doccia senza una struttura delimitata o un vetro, insomma era un tutt’uno con il bagno, cosa che personalmente non amo. Asciugamani molto ruvidi. La posizione non è vicino al mare bisogna comunque prendere un mezzo per arrivarci. Non si può pagare con carta solo cash.

Super Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung von Vlora

Das moderne Apartment liegt in einem Haus oberhalb der Hauptstrasse, man hat einen direkten Meeresblick. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche zum selbst Benutzen, man kann auch einen Roomservice z.B. für Frühstück zusätzlich buchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und für Fragen immer erreichbar, sie haben uns gute Tipps für Strände und Sightseeingpunkte (z.B. Manastir in Zvernec = St. Mary´s monastery) gegeben. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder :-)

Everything was perfect.The staff took care of everything we need.The shared kitchen was very clean we only used it one time but all the equipments was there. The best part was the breakfast we do ordered extra from our room but the price was very reasonable and it was room service. Is a place we will definitely come back again. Recommend !!

Great

This is a new complex. It’s their first year. They owners are very nice and helpful. They are working hard to provide a very comfortable accommodation. The room is large and bright. There is a large balcony. There is a refrigerator and in my room a double and single bed. The price was excellent for what I got. Everything very good

When I was there there was nowhere to cook but this problem will be solved probably within a few weeks. They are installing a large modern kitchen for everyone to use. Also I had trouble with the internet but again, I’m sure they will fix this problem quickly. So no complaints at all really.
