Keslin Seaside Premium Apartments

I honestly and wholeheartedly recommend this place! At first, I had some concerns when I was asked to make the payment via WhatsApp, but in the end everything went smoothly. The apartment is located in Hotel Toto, whose staff took care of us during our stay. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful—just like every Albanian we met during our trip. Communication with the owner and the check-in process are handled through WhatsApp, and the apartment keys are collected from a lockbox. We also received all the essential information this way, including details about the nearby secure parking and the Wi-Fi password. The apartment itself was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: kitchenware, a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, air conditioning, a washing machine, and even laundry detergent. The biggest advantage of this place is the breathtaking sea view from the balcony, as well as its close proximity to the pebble beach, shops, and restaurants. We also really appreciated that the apartment is located a little outside the center of Vlorë, making the area much quieter and less crowded. If you would like to use the swimming pool, it is available for an additional fee at the Hotel Toto reception—1,000 LEK per person (card payments are accepted). It is honestly difficult for me to find any negatives about this place. As a family of four, we felt very comfortable, relaxed, and above all, safe throughout our stay.

The host was really nice and sweet. The view was amazing, so worth visiting. You could also use the pool which was really nice. Breakfast at the hotel was only 12€. The balcony was really nice. Kitchen had everything that was necessary for cooking.

The only thing that I was concerned that it was a scam because you had to pay with an online link but I assure you that everything was SAFE and easy.
