Oktobersonne am Pool, sehr schön! (auch schön: nördliches Naturschutzgebiet und die Berge!)

der Pool und das familiäre Flair der Anlage sind ganz toll!

Wir waren Mitte Oktober in der Anlage und hatten tolles Spätsommerwetter, aber leider erreicht die Sonneneinstrahlung nicht mehr das Apartment in dem wir waren. Der Pool liegt dagegen dauerhaft in der Sonne! Ein paar Bauarbeiten wurden auch durchgeführt, aber m.A. nach alles im Rahmen für Nachsaison!

Tranquillità e relax in un residence privato con piscina e parcheggio sotterraneo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casetta moderna e spaziosa (al primo piano, accessibile con una scala indipendente) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’alloggio è super attrezzato e fornito di tutto il necessario: lavatrice, stendini, lavastoviglie, climatizzatori, smart TV, caffettiera, accessori da cucina di qualità… davvero comodo e funzionale. La doccia è chiusa con pareti di vetro (cosa molto rara in Albania!) e c'è anche un bidet. La pulizia era impeccabile, tutto perfetto sin dal nostro arrivo. Bellissima la terrazza, ideale per colazione, pranzo o cena all’aperto. I letti sono molto comodi (matrimoniale in camera separata + un letto singolo, con secondo lettino scorrevole sotto, in salotto). Parcheggio sotterraneo privato comodissimo. La struttura si trova all’interno di un residence privato, ricco di piante e fiori, con piscina (accessibile tutti i giorni dalle 9 alle 21): molto grande, tranquilla, poco affollata (anche nel mese di agosto!!) e con acqua salata a temperatura ideale. In più, in due minuti a piedi si raggiunge il mare tramite una scala: niente spiaggia, ma ottimo per fare snorkeling. I proprietari sono stati gentili e sempre disponibili, un grande valore aggiunto. Unico aspetto da considerare: il residence si trova un po’ a sud rispetto al centro di Valona, quindi la zona è molto più tranquilla (nei dintorni ci sono comunque un minimarket, ristoranti e qualche negozio). Per andare in centro può capitare di trovare traffico, ma avendo tutto il necessario a portata di mano e con la splendida piscina a disposizione, noi abbiamo usato poco la macchina e ci siamo rilassati al massimo! Consigliatissimo per chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e relax.

Nous avons adoré le logement , si paisible. La piscine , la mer les jardins le calme , il ya tous le nécessaire dans l'appartement, c'est propre . L'hôte était très gentil et agréable .

Un peu loin de vlore , il n'y a pas de restaurant à emporter seul bémol sinon le reste était parfait

Apartment equipped with everything you need. Parking under the location. The apartment is located in the Aquamarine complex. The complex where the apartment is located is like a botanical garden. You have free access to the complex's swimming pool. Wifi is ok in our room.

The location does not have a sea view. There were mosquitoes in the room and we could not sleep. There are no mosquito nets on the door/windows.

Mooi en betaalbaar appartement

Zeer schoon en ruim appartement. Onze dochter vond het geweldig om een aantal dagen bij het zwembad te zijn en wij genoten daar van het uitzicht op zee. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement! De tuin is ook fijn om even tot rust te komen. Het grootste gedeelte van de tuin ligt in de schaduw maar op een klein deel kan je ook heerlijk genieten van de zon.

Het enige is de afstand tot het centrum. Maar dat was voor ons een bewuste keus.

Pleasant, restful and calming stay

Cleanliness and hospitality of the host. The pool was nice and with seawater, which provided a good opportunity to our kids for a nice swim by the sea. The view from the pool is very calming.

Best place so far

The location was perfect, private residence and secured. The apartment was so clean and very cozy and summerish style. The lady that was hosting us was so kind and helped us with everything we asked for. I defenitly recommend the place and going back again next year:)

great hospitality we arrived at 11 pm and they waited to met us, showed and explained everything the appartment was clean, nice and equipped all necessary things the pool is with sea water and there is no additional fee for umbrellas and lounges the parking was underground which is also nice for a car

Exceptional

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. It has two spacious balconies located in a beautiful garden surrounded by roses. The underground garage meant a lot to us. The pool is large, about 25m long, with sea water, and is located in a great position overlooking the sea. There are many beautiful beaches within a 5-minute drive. The hosts are wonderful and very kind. For every recommendation!

Best Spot in Vlore

Ledi's place exceeded my expectations! It was super clean and decorated very professionally. There were so many nice touches. The kitchen had everything! Huge fridgerator / freezer! The back balcony was furnished so beautifully. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC and WiFi worked great. Next time we will stay a week...or 2! Restaurants and grocery store just a 2 min walk away.

Everything was so perfect I can't think of anything within the apartment. The complex is working on sea access which will be nice in a few weeks.
