Great apartment, perfect view. Would be completely perfect during summer

Loved the apartment. Beautiful view and very clean. The pools are great. Only to cold for mid October.

For food you have to go down to the city or go to the hotel next door. But it wasn’t something that really bothered us.

One lady came and cleaned outside. Was very polite and friendly.

The ad listed utilities for the kitchen that wasnt available. Had to ask to get the tv fixed. Friends surprised us and was kicked off the property even though they was just visiting.

Our experience at this apartment was truly perfect from start to finish – a solid 10/10! The location is amazing, with a breathtaking sea view that made every morning special. The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained, giving us the chance to relax and enjoy our stay even more. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures (actually even better in real life). Cleanliness was at the highest level, and the cleaning lady was extremely polite and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to the host, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She kindly arranged for us to check in earlier than the official time, and really made an effort so we wouldn’t have to wait long after arriving. That small detail made a big difference and showed how much she cares about her guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay – everything was perfect, from the comfort of the apartment to the hospitality and care we received. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday by the sea. 🌊✨

Perfect duplex apartment with great sunset.

This was a fabulous duplex apartment with a gorgeous comfortable bed. We loved the little infinity pool which shared between the 3 apartments that make up the Hakuna Matata Residence. Loads of places to sit, sunbath and dine. It had a perfect kitchen and a massive sofa to chill out on. It also has access to the main apartment complex swimming pool which is very large with lots of sun-beds. Both pools look out to the most incredible sunsets. The apartment building also offers a bar/cafe and the local supermarket was only around the corner.

The property was lovely but the paths that take you to the shops and local bars feel unfinished. This is a local authority issue and nothing to do with the complex.

Dreamy

The view as amazing of the apartments. It was so dreamy we for sure loved it. We also booked a private villa, but there was a little misunderstanding about the level of privacy we expected. They tried their best fix it, which we really appreciated. The contact was quick and good. The apartments were good and clean.

Scam

There are more 'villas' at the estate but only one villa with private pool. According to the discription and several written confirmations from the owner of the estate, we were promissed that the pool was ours to use durung our stay and noone else! On the 4. Day we came home after a long day sailing - really looking forward to jumping in the pool, but experiencing that 3 men were enjoying using our pool. We told them that the pool was private and they told us, that they had reseived the same promise as us. After seing there booking confirmation, we saw that they had booked the villa that we were staying in via a dirreferent booking company. When they showed up to check in, they were told that they could stay in the villa next door and freely use the pool! So, for the rest of the week our pool area was not ours to use! Until the pool-insident, we were ignoring and living with a broken freezer they promised to fix - same with a leeking washing mashine. It smelled bad from the drain and wasn't clean. No fresh towels and no toiletpaper. Only one blanket for sleeping besides the bedcover (we were 3 people). Carefully read the 'inventory' list and expect that most of it isn't available at the villa. We did try contacting the owner in writting as the 'caretaker' of the place speaks no English. She totally ignored answering til after 36 hours and wrote that we had to share the socalled private pool. No excuse - no understanding.

Disappointing

The location was great

The apartment was dirty, towels and bed linen too. There was no hot water, no toilet paper and the TV did not work. The property was not the same as in the photos, the pool and balcony is shared with the other apartments. I doubt I will go there again.

Nice villa, questionably better in the area for location and service

The property is very modern, has a beautiful view and it very unique. It was clean and tidy.

Check in process was poor. Location was pointed on map, but no further instructions. Owners only accept cash but didn’t request the money until late dinner time, causing disruption to a romantic dinner we pay hundreds for to be organised. We ended up eating cold food, indoors as we missed the sunset. The check out time is very early for Albania. While I understand it is owned by a small business, they are not in a position to accommodate a relaxing short visit. This might be better for a long trip but there are plenty of nearby hotels that are closer to the town with similar amenities. Ironing board is provided, but no iron. Not enough cooking utensils despite a kitchen, almost like a hotel but your paying for a villa. Owners mother lurked outside the villa during the entire morning of check out, hours before we was even due to check out. This made using the pool or any facilities uncomfortable before check out so we didn’t get to enjoy the whole property. Probably wouldn’t book again, but they only need to make small tweaks to improve.

The staff was totally unprofessional,we booked private pool duplex unfortunately the pool is used by others , also dogs were swimming . , people are sitting on our private garden , there was a cockroach inside the dublex making loud sound which make the sleeping difficult I do not recommend it
