Convenient, comfortable, clean space with very easy walk to beach and town

We went in November and it was a little cold and only got one radiator to work although there were plenty of blankets. There wasn’t a plug socket in the kitchen so we had to move the kettle to use it.

We were very happy with our holiday and can warmly recommend this place, especially for families.

A lovely and spacious apartment with friendly and helpful owners who live in the same complex and are always ready to assist if needed. The rooms were fully renovated, tastefully furnished, and very clean, with everything you might need. There was a large balcony with a drying rack, chairs, and a table. A washing machine was available in the garden, which was very convenient when traveling with children. The swimming pool was a good size and was regularly cleaned with a robot. The private parking space was very handy, as the streets are quite narrow. The garden also had a small playground for children (with swings) and a picnic area. It was great that all the windows were equipped with mosquito screens. Shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay with children.

I didn’t like the hungry and sad stray cats, which seem to be a common problem on the island of Corfu.

Location was great, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Towels and sheets were changed frequently. easy access to pool and host was very helpful.

There wasn't a name on the apartments so made it difficult to know if we were at the correct location on arrival

Great for a short stay due to great location and friendly hosts

Great location, close to everything you need. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Coffee and toiletries provided which were great.

Other guests were very loud and there wasn’t good soundproofing. Wifi barely worked, and could not activate phone data inside the building. Lots of mosquitoes round my door and on the property. Access to pool from my terrace did not have any privacy as other guests are sitting right outside. Did not see a space to leave my bag at checkout so I just took it with me the whole day, would be nice with clearer instructions on checkin and checkout instead of always hunting around the property or calling the host who is not onsite

Really lovely stay, would recommend if nothing else for the location and the hospitality.

The location was really great, really close to the beach and very walkable to the main street with the restaurants too. The pool area was really nice.

A few things just need to be replaced or fixed like the mosquito screen is ripped, towel rail in the bathroom and plug for the sink, No wine glasses!...but these are only small things. The host was really responsive, we asked for a fan and it was given within a few hours.

Clean and close to what might matter.

Very kind and helpful hosts. Clean pool. Well equipped apartament. (Quite) close to the (peeble-)beach and to shops, supermarkets, pubs/taverns, as well as to the bus station for Sidari and Corfu town as well.

The six-persons-apartment that we had booked turned out to actually be an (indulgently juged) five-persons-apartment... Lucky enough being on holidays with children, who - isn't it - can quite comfortably "fit" in a narrower space, that is 3 in a (large) bed for two...

Lovely stay at Acharavi

The place is very nice and well kept. There is a lovely pool and the apartments are clean with AC and frequent change of towels and bedsheet. What i loved was the walking distance from the sea! Katerina is an attent host and everytime we asked for something we had a quick response. It was great also to be able to contact Maria , for advises and suggestions. We had our indipendence but we were very well looked after as well! It is not a party place so it did work for us , we had 2 young girls with us , they may have missed a bit the action.

Although the area is lovely and the people amazingly kind, if you think to a Greece with white and blue little houses, is not the traditional Greek village. Beautifull but different.. WI-FI Connection was not the best but i think it is a Corfù thing rather then Katerina pool apartment, cause even at the beach it was the same.

Corfu comfort in stunning area

The hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful. It is in a peaceful area. The beach is close by. There are fields surrounding the property with magical fireflies.

Owner was really nice and helpful, communication was effective and easy. The location was convenient, very close to shops and restaurants, also the beach. There were some sweets and beverages in the apartament- really appreciated. Beds were very comfortable.

Apartament was not as big as described- I would say 35m instead of 50 as stated in a description. There was always a lot of water in a bathroom after we take a shower as there was only a shower curtain - our kid fell down a few times beacuse of a slippery floor. Location great but close to the road where people used to go back from restaurants at night- there was a lot of noise, it was impossible to sleep with windows opened.

Very friendly hosts

The place had a nice family atmosphere and it was very clean. The pool was nice too and generally it was a relaxing place. We had car trouble after we checked out and the host was very helpful- calling help and taking care of us. Thank you! We made it ok to our next stop.

We could not have asked for more - Maria was an excellent host.

Nil meals were included as this was a self catering option. Shops cafes and restaurants all within walking distance and close by. Due to Covid restrictrictions the owner informed us there would be no cleaning during our visit (so as not to enter) however all cleaning products and equipment were provided to help us keep it clean and hygenic - although being only 2 people this was not hard. Clean bedding was provided every 2 days if requested and we had clean towels also. We could not have asked for more under the circumstances.

Lovely place, exceeded expectations!!

We loved this apartment! Weren’t expecting too much apart from a basic holiday apartment (we travelled as two couples in our 30s) but this place was fantastic! The apartment was well located only 4 min walk from the beach and several nice bars and restaurants. A 20-25 min walk along the seafront also brings you to Roda which is a livelier town with more bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, we were offered replacement bed linen and towels and had all the amenities we needed. The little toiletries were a nice touch too. Teabags and coffee as well as salt, pepper and olive oil, and also lots of loo roll was provided. Washing up liquid and even laundry detergent for the washing machine! The pool was very clean and the allocated sun loungers a nice touch. The area was nice and quiet at night too, couldn’t hear a thing which was great! Really good quality mosquito nets on all the windows was also great and necessary!

The aircon unit worked great in the dining area but didn’t reach the bedrooms. All in all the apartment kept nice and cool though. A toaster would have been a great addition to the apartment.

Wohl gefühlt!

Unsere Wohnung war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Sie wurde auch zwischendurch noch gereinigt. Die Anlage ist hübsch und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Katerina war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage liegt ruhig und zentral. Mit wenigen Schritten waren wir am Meer und an den Restaurants. Achtung Rollstuhlfahrer: Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und die Badezimmertür sehr schmal. Ich passte gerade so durch und mein Rollstuhl ist nicht breit. Im Bad sind.auch keine Griffe. Wir hatten zum Glück eigene mit, die einen Saugnapf haben.

Gefallen hat uns alles, aber es war in der kleinen Wohnung mit dem Rollstuhl nicht leicht. Besonders das Badezimmer ist SEHR klein. Zum Duschen habe ich mich auf einen Gartenstuhl gesetzt. Die Dusche ist ebenerdig.

Heerlijk verblijf

Het zwembad was heel fijn! Ook erg handig dat er een gezamenlijke wasmachine bij het appartement aanwezig was, waar we gratis gebruik van konden maken.

Weinig voorraad servies. Je kon geen eten op het aanrecht laten staan, het zat dan binnen no time onder de mieren. Verder, wij kwamen aan en toen gaf de eigenaresse aan dat er een ‘problem’ was. Spreekt praktisch geen Engels. We werden meegenomen verderop de straat in naar een ander hotel. We bleken overgeboekt te zijn. Hier moesten we voor 2 nachten verblijven. De hotelkamer was erg tegenvallend, en eerder een downgrade dan een upgrade. Koude douche, koelkast die matig koud werd, geen koffie apparaat en het bleek een 4 persoons kamer te zijn waarbij onze zoon in de woonkamer op een hard bed met een heel dun matrasje moest slapen. We hebben dit met Katharine besproken; zij gaf aan dat dit hotel goed moet zijn en dat het haar uiteindelijk geld gekost heeft. We voelden ons niet gehoord. We vonden het tegenvallend dat ze ons op geen enkele manier gecompenseerd heeft.

По приезде надо сразу купить прибор отпугивающий комаров.

Очень доброжелательная хозяйка. Расположение очень удобное : до пляжа 5 минут ,до главной улицы 3 минуты. Часто меняли бельё и полотенца. Матрас очень удобный. При выезде разрешили задержаться на несколько часов, поскольку самолёт был вечером.

Минусов мы не видели.

Unkompliziertes einchecken. Mussten Katerina zwar suchen :; Sehr sauber, tolle Lage, Pool top. Alles vorhanden in der Küche. 1x in der Woche wurde sauber gemacht. 2x wäre super gewesen.

Séjour agréable, île très belle et grecs très sympathiques

Pour nous, la localisation était idéale. Proche des lieux d’intérêts que nous souhaitions visiter ainsi que des très belles plages. La plage la plus proche est à moins de 5 min à pieds. Il y a plusieurs restaurants en front de mer qui proposent entre autres des plats typiques grecs. La baignade à la piscine en fin de journée était un plus pour notre famille. Le logement en lui même est très bien, fonctionnel et avec vue sur la piscine. Katarina est très agréable. Merci pour ce séjour et ces belles vacances passées sur l’île.
