About this villa rental
At 300 meters and 45km North East of Corfu town at the feet of mount Prantokrator sited the unspoiled village of 'Loutses'. The house is at Zervou hill, fully furnished. It’s a 2 storey house. The 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom are at the first store and the sitting room with the kitchen and the big balcony of 45m2 at the upper store. In the village there is a local Tavern and a coffee bar (kafeneio). You can enjoy mini walks in the surrounded olive groves, as well as long walks up to “Old Perithia”, or sit in the balcony and enjoy the colourful view around. Blue flag beaches can be reached within few minutes drive (4.3 miles away). There is a Mini market at 2.3 miles away. If you are nature enthusiast there are a lot of wild flower species around. Walking around to “Antinioti” conservation lake Natura 2000 (3.1 miles away) you may see an otter (Lutra lutra). At night you can watch the stars and hear the night birds. As car is essential, we can provide you a car with an extra charge.

In sehr ruhiger und Dörflicher Lage liegendes Rustikales Ferienhaus mit viel Platz für 4 Personen. Typische griechische Einrichtung aber alles sehr sauber. 2x pro Woche kommt die Reinigungs Dame. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und antwortet schnell auf jedwede fragen.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Property was much bigger than expected with everything you could need and was clean and well kept. Stunning views of the surrounding area. Car necessary as “out of the way” but still only a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach. Surrounding area lovely and Old Perithea is a must to visit. Local people were very friendly and helpful. Alexander was very helpful with directions etc and only a phone call a way.

The trip to Corfu might be excaustive, but it was worthwhile. The apartment was covering all needs of a 5-member family. It was located in a small place, totally serene with great view. There are two floors, the two bedrooms have separate bathrooms and the first fllor has two comfortable sofas. The house was very clean and fully equiped with anything a family may need (washing machine, big fridge, electric oven, toast maker, ventilator, all utencils etc). The place is ideal, because there are two lovely beaches at 10-minutes distance by car, many places to eat (in Loutses if you don't want to drive or in Roda and Palaia Perithia, a lovely village with stone houses). Naturally, one may visit all North Corfu, since the house is located in the middle of the region. In any case, the owner of the house, Alexandros, was always available for any information or help. I would unreservedly recommend the place to anyone as a real value for money. Enjoy your holiday there.
