Centerl to everything. Stay here if you want to explore the city!

The property was central to everything we from the port at midnight and was able to walk there with our suitcases. The apartment had everything you needed including a washing machine, mini fridge, oven and a Briki for Greek coffee. Dora was great at communicating on WhatsApp and showing us videos how to open etc. Dora’s apartments is great you have your own mini house for a few days and if you are planning on exploring Corfu you should stay here. We weren’t there for the hotel experience but the experience of the city.

We were abit upset with the internet connection, even though the wifi box was in front of the TV the connection was horrible. I tried to do work and on multiple occasions the internet disconnected. As we were on the ground floor with no balcony our clothes had to dry inside which would leave the room smelling like mould as there was only one window. We also didn’t want to leave the window open when we weren’t home because anyone could easily come in. Being two young female travellers there were times when we felt abit unsafe only on the ground level. The whole town of Corfu is extremely safe!! Unfortunately there is also now a climate tax aka tourist tax which we didn’t know we had to pay until we were there. This was about 8€ a day which was a significant amount of money as we were there for a week. If we knew about this it would have helped us plan for it in our budget.

Great location in the heart of the old town down a little side street. Quiet . Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Very comfortable bed & great power shower.

Short but not short enough

Pros: pet friendly. Responsive hosts Con: This place was not for us. It was so musty and damp the bedding was damp feeling. Granted there had been a lot of rain, but they could have turned on the split unit to help with this before we arrived. When we got there the window was open and the smell was still offensive.

A convenient location in the older part of the town.

Location is excellent. I was in Studio 2 rather than 1 which meant using the lift to the 3rd floor: fortunately it was very efficient and being up higher was actually a benefit.

The handbasin was cracked and the toilet seat was slightly off-centre.

Struggled to find it initially, we had to the call the host, which was challenging as we couldn't connect due to mobile roaming, maybe needs slightly better directions to the apartment.

Good

The location was in the city centre and it was easy to find with the given instructions. When we arrived in the apartment there were two bottles of cold water waiting for us in the fridge which was very nice. The communication with the host was very easy and she would respond quickly.

There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway when people would pass by. Because the apartment is situated in front of the elevator on the ground floor, everyone coming in or out has to pass right next to the doors of the apartment.

Perfect place for one night

We were told we’re going to stay in another place (Studio 4) because of some issues with Studio 1, which we didn’t mind. Very well equipped, nice, clean apartment in a good location. Grocery stores, pharmacies, other stores nearby. We had everything we needed, from towels to knives. The AC worked properly. The host was very friendly. A place I would recommend if you want to stay in the Old Town area.

It was very loud because of the location, people shouting and playing music right outside the window. We were very tired by the time we got there so fortunately we didn’t have trouble falling asleep, but it’s worth mentioning in case you are looking for a quiet place. The toilet seat was broken, but these were things we could ignore, especially because we only stayed one night.

Everything was clean and perfect, the location is right in the city center. I only think it would be great to add 1 more pillow for each person, as the bed frame in the room we stayed was metallic, and I also do not prefer a mattress with springs, but that is a personal preference.

An okay place for short stay in Corfu center

Nice and cosy small apartment, in the city center and close to everything you might need. We had the opportunity of late check in (after midnight) with no extra cost.

Like most buildings in the old town, this building was also very old, with no sound insulation, so you could hear many street noises from the window. The bed was quite small for two people, especially if one of them is quite big-sized. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the fact that two people had to share the same blanket and bed sheet made it quite hard to sleep well. We found some cockroaches in the room during out two-nights stay; I know this is common in the old town and not anyone's fault, but probably something could be done for this (disinfection or sth). Last, when we visited the place we found out that not all the photos we had seen for the place matched the apartment we stayed, so this was a little misleading (some photos were showing a bigger apartment but they were not for the place we stayed.)

Very central and person managing property great, responsive and easy to meet with keys

The light outside the front door of the flat itself in the corridor wasn’t always working resulting in a little difficulty in using the key on returning to the property in the dark.

We were moved to Studio 3

We ended up staying in Studio 3 because of repairs needed to Studio 1. We would have loved to stay longer. It was very roomy, with great facilities for a fully self-contained stay. Dora was very nice, very helpful and speaks good English. She also recommended a great restaurant (Marinas), just a short walk away.

There were two double beds in Studio 3 and we chose the wrong one. It was a very firm (hard) mattress. If we had stayed longer we would have moved to the other bed. Be aware that the pins on Google Maps aren't accurate and this confused us a lot getting to the right place as we walked from the ferry port. If you're using Google Maps to find Studio 1, you'd be better off searching for the Hondos Centre, which is just across the road.

The bed was very uncomfortable, I actually could feel strings sometimes. I didn’t see any toilet paper, so we had to go and buy our own.

The appartement is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Inside the appartement you’ll find everything you need ex: hair dryer, washing machine, iron etc. It is located in the middle of Corfu old town.

As the appartement is located in the middle of the town, be prepared that it might be very loud in the night. We would recommend taking earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Nice stay in the town centre

clean and spacious property in the town centre, communication with Dora was fantastic, she replied to my emails within minutes and was happy to check us in late in the evening as well.

The property is located in the town centre and it is noisy in the night, it wasn’t a problem for us but some people may find it difficult to sleep
