Fulvia was in a fantastic location a nice easy walk to nearby restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and beaches. It was cool and spacious and very clean. Our girls loved the pool and made friends with children in the nearby apartments. The owner was friendly and saw to our every need - I would absolutely recommend this property!
We loved everything - I initially thought the absence of a communal living space would be an issue but actually the dining table in the kitchen was perfect for catch ups over meals and we were happy for the kids to invade our bed to watch a movie at night (the bedrooms are large enough to not feel cramped)

So spacious, exceptionally clean, comfortable. Lots of towels, had a maid service half way through with clean bedding and towels. Lovely lady did this. Property well maintained. 2 mins from main area, but far enough away to feel peaceful. Great aircon in ever room. Large tv.
Pool is on the other side of the road, but wasn’t a problem. Sunbeds could be a little nicer if updated, but not a deal breaker. Well maintained pool if a little dated.

The size was good. It was clean. Any maintenance issues that we had with the apartment, we could let the owner know and it was dealt with in a matter of hours.
A few more bowls, plates and glasses etc would be nice. The bathroom bin needs emptying more than once in a week. 4 people were stopping there. I had to ask to have it emptied. It should be made clear if we are to empty the bins. We’ve never had that before in 15 years of visiting Greece.
