Nikolas House Lower Agni Bay

Amazing location. Everything we needed was provided. Outdoor space was great also and a bonus we werent expecting. We didnt have to share it though as we were the only guests. Very welcoming host.

Could use a slightly thicker curtain on the window over the bed as the light woke us up. I know there are shutters on the outside but due to the screens they werent easy to use.

The location at Agni Bay was absolutely perfect for me. It is a 2 min walk to the Agni Bay with excellent tavernas and you can organise boat taxis to other parts. Toula’s is an absolutely superb treat of a taverna with traditional culinary creativity with produce used from their garden to present art on the plate and a dance on the palate. The shower room is large and there is a washing line and barbecue outside which was useful. Nikolas kindly did not charge me for the bottle of water that I got from his taverna and the staff were also really friendly at his taverna. Efcharisto.

I had read previous comments about there only being a netting type curtain, so I came prepared with a large towel and clips to put up but what I discovered was there are actually external shutters which can be closed to create more privacy.
