Excellent accommodation, highly recommended! Perfect location in the city center, yet in a pleasant and quiet environment. The Wi-Fi is great, and the air conditioning is a big plus. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We were very satisfied and would happily stay here again!

Great location and fantastic host and owner. The person who checked us in had been in contact with us on WhatsApp and was very friendly and did not hesitate when we had trouble with the AC to come assist. The room was clean and had a nice balcony which came in handy to dry bathing suits. I also loved that the sheet to sleep under was not tucked under the bed, I do hate that when it is done, here it simply lay folded on the bed, so when I was ready to sleep, I could simply unfold it and get to bed. I did not have to fight the mattress for the sheet. There was a nearby paid parking lot. It was 6€ from the evening to 09:00 the morning after. This was mostly ok, except one morning we decided to have breakfast and a chill morning, so we did not leave the village until 11ish, and that meant extra 6€. But a short distance from the accommodation so quite handy overall.

The beds were incredibly hard, ok for two nights. But I dont like my beds this hard. The bathroom was a bit small, so hard to do some things there.

Such a mixed experience. Host (Ioannis) was charming and helpful but needs to do work to upgrade the accommodation. Beds were comfortable but facilities were largely irrelevant. The location , in the very centre of Kassiopi was excellent in one respect but, situated on the main square and overlooking a childrens playground, also suffered from much Greek community noise.

No wardrobe, just a small hanging rail. Minimal cutlery or plates etc. I honestly couldn't see anyone preparing anything more than a coffee or warming a pre-purchased pizza in the 'kitchen' (cupboard). The fridge was useful. The accommodation reminded me of village 'rooms' I used to stay in in the 80's.- BASIC. The balcony overlooked a primary school playground and the noise from 8am onward was pretty unbearable, much screaming and a VERY noisy p.a. blasting out music. Consequently, it was often difficult to enjoy having the balcony doors open. The internal sound proofing of the apartment was also minimal. I could hear the activities of the young couple in the adjacent room, doors slamming and echoing corridors. Earplugs absolutely essential. I travelled solo and was glad my wife wasn't with me.
