Villa Calliope

The place is 4 minutd walking from a wonderfull beach! there is also a very good bakery just outside the villa and a very good greak restaurant in the end of the promenade beach

there was not a breakfast! the place look quite new.. there was not the name of the villa outside

We love everything from the warm welcome of the owner Yani to the location.. This is a family owned villa you are so welcome from the moment you step in. The place was newly renovated so everything was perfect the rooms were spotless, big,the bed so confortable, the balcony was wide and incredible view over looking the sea.the kitchen was well equipped with a big fridge to keep our drinks cool. Location was 5ms walk to the beach..a nice bakery and lots of restaurants..the lady thank to her even change the towels and bedding in the 4 nights we were there..such a lovely ladies..yani let us have a late check out so we could enjoy our last morning at the beach..will definitely come back. Thank you so much Yani for that incredible welcome and stay..

Nothing everything was perfect

This hotel is wonderful, super clean, and very friendly staff. It is directly across from the beautiful beach of Livadhi and walking distance to restaurants. There is also free private parking. Very relaxing stay.

Everything is amazing!

The accommodation is in a great location. It’s just a two-minute walk to the beach. There is a parking area where you can park comfortably. The rooms we booked were located outside the main building and were probably newer. We really appreciated the privacy and the small terrace where we could have breakfast. Although the accommodation has facilities where breakfast could be served, during our stay this was not possible. However, since there is a bakery right next to the property, open from early morning until the evening, it wasn’t much of an issue. The room had everything we needed. The trash was taken out daily and sometimes the towels were even replaced, which I wouldn’t have expected here, but it was a very pleasant surprise. I can only recommend this place.

Nothing major, just perhaps a note that communication from the owner through Booking was practically nonexistent, which feels a bit unusual, but upon arrival he was there in person and sorted everything out with us without any issues, so it wasn’t a problem. The option to pay by card via Revolut or PayPal is also a big plus.
