Fotis apartments

This is a very good apartment for a stay in Qeparo, especially if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place. The view is fantastic! Apartment: The apartment is clean, modern, very spacious for four people, and well maintained. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, a lovely balcony, and access to a shared garden. It was wonderful to have breakfast and meals outside on the balcony while enjoying the fantastic view. The air conditioning works very well in both bedrooms. Bedrooms: The main bedroom is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and all the necessary furniture. The second bedroom has two large beds and one smaller bed (although it is located very close to the kitchenette). Bathrooms: The bathrooms are very good. The shower is located in one of the bathrooms and works very well. Toiletries, such as soap, were provided. Washing machine: There is a washing machine shared by all the apartments, which was very convenient during our stay. Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing simple meals. Cleaning products were also provided, and all the appliances worked very well. Location: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a beautiful view. Supermarkets and a bakery are within a short walking distance. However the house is on a hill and the access road does not have sidewalks.In our case, since we had a car, we did not have those problems. Staff: The owner was extremely nice, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. She kindly provided breakfast on our first morning, which was fantastic. Thank you very much for your hospitality! Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was generally good, although it occasionally dropped. Parking: The parking area is very convenient. Overall: We had a very pleasant stay and felt very much at home. It was a great place for a family stay, with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Distance from the beach: The apartment is a little far from the beach. It is also located on a hill, so getting there involves a fairly steep uphill walk. The access road does not have sidewalks, so some care is needed when walking there. Payment: Payment could only be made in cash, which was not very convenient. Noise: We could sometimes hear conversations from the adjacent apartment, as the separation between the two apartments is quite thin. The soundproofing could be improved. However, this did not significantly affect our stay, as the conversations stopped at night. Layout: The layout of the apartment is somewhat unusual, as there is no separate living room or common living area.

Tiene vistas al mar y es muy grande. El apartamento está muy limpio y el equipamiento es suficiente.

Por el precio que pagamos esperábamos no dormir en el salón. Esperábamos mejores prestaciones. Los vecinos están pegados, separados por un tablero de madera. Se oye absolutamente todo. El acceso con el coche es peligroso.
