Lovely little apartment, perfect for a relaxing getaway or base to explore

Beautiful, clean and well appointed apartment 15 minutes walk from the lake.. beware though, it is uphill back to the apartment! Communication with the owner was great, and the little extras (coffee pods, some food in the fridge etc) was appreciated. The view from the balcony was exceptional, and changed each day with the weather.

The only thing (and it is a small thing) is that there were no blinds or curtains in the lounge/kitchen area.. these would make it a bit warmer out of season and not feel overlooked

A Perfect Holiday Home

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy apartment! Our vacation left us with great memories, as everything was perfectly organized—there were absolutely no household issues. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped down to the smallest details: the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom all have everything you might need. Everything is done with love and care, and it truly shows. It’s a very pleasant space to be in. The location is great—just a 15-minute scenic walk to the city beach. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and if you're in the mood for a livelier atmosphere, Stresa is only a 10-minute drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary cookware. The bed linens were fresh, new, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the stunning balcony view—perfect for relaxing evenings. A big thank you to the hosts for their kindness and attention to detail. We also really appreciated the selection of books and games for both adults and children—it made our stay even more special. And we truly enjoyed listening to vinyl records during breakfast—such a charming touch! We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Perfekter Kurztrip in Baveno: Eine Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß erreicht man in wenigen Minuten das Zentrum von Baveno. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt! Das eingezäunte Grundstück sorgt für ausreichend Schutz des eigenes Fahrzeuges. Bei Check In ist der Kühlschrank mit verschiedenen Lebensmitteln wie Wein, Milch, Toast, Marmelade oder Keksen ausgestattet. Der süße Husky, welcher sich auf dem Hof aufhält, gibt der Unterkunft ein Pluspunkt;) es war ein wirklich schöner Kurztrip und die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen! Super Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Très agréable escale pour un séjour près du lac Majeur

Appartement entièrement rénové et très bien pensé. Agréable balcon avec vue sur le lac. Le quartier est très calme, mais à moins de 10 min à pied du lac (départ des bateaux vers les îles Borromées) et du centre-ville. Un parking gratuit et sécurisé est disponible. Propreté irréprochable. Notre hôte a été très souple sur l’horaire d’arrivée, plusieurs gentilles attentions nous attendaient dans le réfrigérateur. Notre hôte a été de très bon conseil sur le choix d’un restaurant. Nous recommandons vivement !

Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung. Alles neu und sehr gepflegt. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zum Besuch der Inseln im Lagio Maggiore. Am Abend lohnt sich der kurze Spaziergang in das Stadtzentrum.

Ich kann das Apartment jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Das Apartment mit Balkon ist ruhig gelegen und verfügt über einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Es ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Baveno und der Lago Maggiore sind zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen.

Da im Untergeschoß (Hanglage) noch eine Ferienwohnung eingebaut werden soll, sah der Garten unterhalb des Balkons noch nicht sehr einladend aus. Dennoch erlaubte der Balkon die Sicht auf Baveno und den Lago Maggiore.

Belle surprise

Le studio est tout neuf , bien équipé, et très agréable . C’est calme et facile d’accès. Il n’y a pas de Clim mais c’est traversant donc la chaleur est supportable . L’hôte avait rempli le frigo et la Com était très facile .

La rue qui monte à la villa , mais c’est pas si loin que ça du centre . 5 min

La casa migliore in cui sia mai stato! Tutto nuovo, cucina fornitissima, frigorifero rifornito per la colazione, pranzo e addirittura con il vino! Macchina del caffè Nespresso e the a disposizione! Pulizia impeccabile!! Letti comodissimi e addirittura, per la nostra piccola di 9 mesi, abbiamo avuto a disposizione culla/box e fasciatoio! C'è anche il seggiolino per la pappa e giochi per intrattenere i piccoli! Posto strategico, vicino a tutto, ad accogliervi ci sarà una Aski dolcissima ma se avete paura, i proprietari sono super disponibili a rientrarla! Stra consigliato!!
