Potersi godere il soggiorno fronte mare con tutti i comfort, stando comodi e al fresco. Ci si sveglia, si respira l aria di mare e si può scendere per attraversare la strada e farsi un bagno. Tornare su a casa e continuarsi a godere la giornata. Dal terrazzo ampio e soleggiato con sdraio o amaca nella zona più fresca e una doccia pronta a rinfrescare. La veranda curata e fresca dove poter fare pranzo o cena. Posizione ottima per tutti i mezzi che portano in centro o nei punti principali della città. È tutto pronto ad accogliervi e farvi godere al massimo le giornate estive e perché no anche quelle primaverili. Host cordiali disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. TOP

Everything is great! It is located next to the beach, shops, pharmacy, restaurants etc. are walking distance.

Pasé un fin de semana en Roma con una amiga que vino desde Brasil. Hacía demasiado calor para hacer turismo en la ciudad, así que pensamos en quedarnos cerca del mar. Buscando una opción práctica, encontré este alojamiento en Lido di Ostia, muy cerca tanto del centro de Roma como del aeropuerto, lo cual fue ideal.
¡Y la sorpresa fue enorme al llegar al piso! Las fotos no le hacen justicia: es mucho más grande y bonito en persona. Tiene dos amplias terrazas con vista al mar y una ducha deliciosa en la terraza superior, que también tiene una barbacoa. Todo estaba limpio y el piso está muy bien equipado - encontrarás todo lo que uno necesita para tener una buena estadia. Patrizio, el anfitrión, fue amable y acogedor.
En la primera noche, dormí en el sofá cama del salón, pero entre el calor (estábamos en una ola de calor) y la luz del amanecer (dejé todas las persianas abiertas para que corriera algo de aire), no descansé muy bien. En la segunda noche me pasé al dormitorio (donde está el aire acondicionado) con mi amiga y su hija y dormí mucho mejor. Por cierto, el dormitório es amplio y cabe perfectamente un colchón en el suelo, además de las maletas.
No lo voy a poner como pega o punto negativo: el calor que hizo en los días que estuvimos fue fuera de lo normal y al final nos arreglamos. Pero sugeriría a Patrizio dejar un ventilador en el salón, que sería especialmente útil en veranos tan calurosos como este y mejoraria la experiencia de la(s) persona(s) que dormirán el sofá cama (que es muy confortable).
Es un piso muy recomendable, delante de la playa y no muy lejos del centro de Lido di Ostia, pero lejos lo suficiente para que solo te enteres o participes del bulício si quieres. Volvería a alojarme allí.
Ojo que está en un segundo piso sin ascensor y dentro hay otra escalera que lleva a la maravillosa terraza con la ducha y barbacoa (no es difícil de subir). Pero para personas con movilidad reducida puede ser complicado.
Porque no hay espacio arriba, dejo aquí también la review que mi amiga hizo en Inglés, muy similar a la mía, porque, claro, estábamos juntas, pero no es para nada negativa. Es para quines hablen inglés:
I had a weekend in Rome, and a friend who lives in Barcelona was going to visit. It was too hot to tourist in the city center, so we thought about staying at the beach. Lido di Ostia is not the most beautiful beach in Italy, but my friend found this place that looked nice, so mostly for convenience (Ostia is close to the center of Rome and the airport) we decided to stay there.
When we arrived, what a great surprise!! The pictures I´ve seen don´t do justice – the accomodation is much better IRL. It has not one, but two balconies with sea view, and the upper one has a delicious shower. The apartment was clean, is very well equiped and the host was friendly and hospitable. I stayed with my daughter in the bedroom, and we slept very well. The friend slept on the sofa bed in the living room and suffered a little from the heat (the AC is in the bedroom) and the light of dawn (had to leave the curtains open to let in at least a little wind). But in the second (and our last) night she moved to the bedroom with us and had a better sleep. The bedroom is big enough for an extra mattress on the floor and our stuff. A fan would greatly improve the experience of anyone sleeping in the living room, especially in this exceptionally hot summer
Highly recommended, except for those with limited mobility - the apartment is on a second floor with no elevator and inside there is another set of stairs to the terrace (not so hard, afterall)

apartment is lovely with outdoor space and a roof terrace facing the sea
Our car was broken into outside the apartment, the police were very unhelpful and basically appeared as this was a common occurrence no-one would phone the police for us
