It was well decorated and cozy, and well appointed. Very nice and quiet location

All was to our liking

The cottage is located close to everything you might need and away from all that you won’t. It is a good size, retains a cute country feel and has everything you need to reconnect with a calmer existence. The host and the manager are incredibly helpful and will do all that is required to make your stay wonderful. The welcome soda bread and scones were a lovely treat. The cattle in the field next to the cottage were friendly and amusing. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage.

The WiFi is quite weak and this also affects the TV reception. However, this does enable you to drop out of the digital age a little.

Mooie cottage aan het einde van een doodlopende (smalle) landweg. Super stil, zowel overdag als 's nachts. Voldoende ruimte rondom het huis om buiten te zitten. Binnen wat klein als je er met 6 personen zou verblijven (wij waren er met 3 en dat was prima te doen). Ruime parkeerplaats.

De ramen hadden geen verduisterende raambekleding, waardoor het nooit echt donker werd in de slaapkamers (vooral de hoofd slaapkamer).

The house was very cosy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We were welcomed with home made bread and cake and fresh milk and basic condiments in the fridge.There was more than enough cutlery and crockery and pots and pans. Even on cold April days the house heated up quickly. Peaceful and quiet with nice views yet within 10-15 minutes of all ameniities.

If I had to pick something the work/cooking area in the kitchen is small, only big enough for one person at a time really. Not an issue for a short stay.
