Arrived at Ashmore Mews, Met Geraldine such a nice friendly person, had the stove lit for us, and home made wheaten bread for us what a lovely touch and it was tasty, The house was lovely and clean and 3 great sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, This place suited us so well as its only 10 minutes drive from the Galway University Hospital where we were, as we had to stay another night and was unable to stay in Ashmore Mews, Geraldine went out of her way again to get us another place to stay on the Wednesday night. So from start to finish we cant praise this place and Host enough, Geraldine you are a star.

We liked everything, cant say one thing bad about this place.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view. The house was so spacious and had all amenities such as washer, dryer, dishwasher, tv etc. The hosts were great with communicating on check in and very friendly.

Apartment was near Galway city centre, (about 12-13km), just off a very busy main road, (but the apartment itself was very quiet.) The nearest bus stop was a 30 minute walk away. The property was well-furnished with all the usual amenities and was very clean.

There was very little communication from the owner, before or during our stay, apart from a couple of emails in the early morning of the day of our arrival, including one with a link to google maps, (which was no help to us). The property was difficult to locate (the taxi driver had to ring for directions). Except for that call and those e mails, and a very brief conversation with the son of the owner, there was no other contact from the owner during our stay, a feature which we found very disappointing. The TV didn't work and the owner’s son couldn't get it working. Everything was great, otherwise.
