Comfortable and clean, couldn’t ask for better amenities
We found some staff at the restaurant and bar quite rude and abrasive, would not usually be the case as any other time we’ve been there everything has been wonderful

Location
Stayed in the hotel. Booked Pullman restaurant. Rang the hotel in advance to confirm that I could get a non seafood dinner as on the tasting menu 4 of the 7 options are seafood. I was reassured a 4 course option was available. On check in at the Pullman I politely declined the 7 course mostly seafood menu and was only offered the 7 course vegetarian option instead. I asked for the 4 course menu explaining the seafood aversion and ordered from same. The waiter arrived with an amuse bouche covered in trout caviar. This is not 5 star standard. The meal was average at best. After dinner we went to the main bar for a nightcap, the live music finished just after 10pm and the bar emptied. This was on the Friday before Christmas! On a positive note breakfast was good.
