Lack of disruption and noise and clean. Close to bus stop and check in and check out was easy and great.
Shower leaked water while on, cramped for two and no air flow or circulation in the room which made it very stuffy and had no AC which would help a lot.

Small room but very comfortable. Very convenient amenities kitchen and living room to share. Nice to get to know also fellow travelers.
Not very central location, however still reachable with public transport (bus) less than 10 mins walking distance.
